Important: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Review Our Policy
Before initiating a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- Item is in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- Return is requested within 15 days of delivery

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a return authorization email with:
- Return shipping address
- Return authorization number
- Special instructions if needed
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely including:
- Original product in its packaging
- Copy of your return authorization
- Original receipt or order confirmation
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

- Opened Christmas Decor Bundles: If the bundle packaging has been opened

- Used Christmas Textile items: Tree skirts and other textiles that show signs of use
